THE SOLUTION
To build and maintain engagement, I created high-quality content that resonated with my clients’ target audiences and actively engaged with followers through comments and messages, using polls and surveys to encourage interaction. For generating traffic, I optimized content for SEO, promoted profiles across different platforms, collaborated with influencers, and invested in targeted paid advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
I ensured consistency in posting by developing a content calendar and using automation tools like Hootsuite and Buffer. To measure ROI, I utilized social media analytics tools to track performance, defined clear KPIs, and conducted A/B testing on ads and posts. Staying updated with trends involved continuous learning through industry blogs, webinars, and online courses, as well as being adaptable to new trends and platform updates. To manage negative feedback, I responded promptly and professionally, had a crisis management plan in place, and used social listening tools to monitor and address negative sentiment proactively.
